1. 16-Man Tag Team Battler Royal: Edge & Christian vs. Dudley Boyz vs. Pete Gas & Rodney vs. Headbangers vs. Godfather & Mark Henry vs. Acolytes vs. Too Cool vs. Hardy Boyz. Before the bell even rang, Edge and Christian were brawling with the Dudley Boyz. Once the action officially started, Pete Gas was hurled over the top rope; fellow Mean Street Posse member Joey Abs attempted to replace him, but officails sent tht team back to the showers. The bodies kept flying, as the Headbangers, the Godfather and Mark Henry, Too Cool, and Edge and Christian were dispatched from the ring. Jeff Hardy was soon victimized by the 3-D, Dudley Death Drop; Matt Hardy tossed out D-Von as he was celebrating the maneuver Only the Hardys and the Acolytes remained. The referee was put out of position when Matt and Bradshaw tumbled over the ropes at the same time, and thus could not determine whose feet hit the floor first. Because of this, the match was allowed to continue. Jeff Hardy sent Faarooq to the floor with a flying head scissors but agin the ref didn't see it. Finally, Jeff cherged at Faarooq, who used Jeff's momentum against him, pressing him over the ropes to win a title shot for the Acolytes.
2. Singles Match: Kurt Angle vs. Steve Blackman. Angle and Blackman had achieved a level of success as a tag team. But Angle's arrogance-from his Olympic gold medal-winning background-had drivin the partners apart. The two grapplers angaged in a heated contest. When Angle mounted the ropes to attempt a moonsault, Blackman rolled out of harm's way, and nearly scored the win with a modified bow and arrow. Outside the the ring, Blackman thrived, hurting the onetime Olympian with an irish whip ito the ring steps. But eventually, Angle scored the duke with a belly-to-back suplex into a neck bridge. Incensed, Blackman battered his ex-teammate with nunchuks after the bell-gaining approval of fans tired of the righteoes tone of Angle's pre-match sermons.
3. Evening Gown In A Pool Match: Ivory (Champion) vs. Miss Kitty vs. B.B. vs. Jacqueline. The rules were simple in this free-for-all: the last lady to keep her evening gown on wins. During the ring intros, Miss Kitty chucked Jacquline into the pool. Then, celebrity referees Mae Young and the Fabulous Moolah pushed Kitty and B.B. into the water. When Ivory came out, she was immediately dragged into the pool by the others. Jacquline was the first competitor to lose her clothes. B.B. was soon stripped by Ivory. Under the water, Kitty and Ivory became involved in a frantic tug-of-war, until Kitty pulled off Ivory's dress-becoming the new women's champ.The new queenpin then did a strptease for the dreatful fans. When septuagenarian Mae Young also decided to follow suit, was swiftly rushed to the back.
4. Singles Match: Hardcore and Crash Holly vs. Rikishi Phatu and Viscera. Still seething from a recent nightclub attack, Rikishi seemed to take special delight in hurting the scuffling cousins, lowering his roomy posterior onto Crash's ribs, and punishing Hardcore with a belly-to-back suplex. But Rikishi and Viscera were a less than cohesive tandem. At one point, Viscera seemed reluctant to tag his partner. Then-after victmizingHaedcore with a martial arts kick and and Crash with the Rikishi Piledriver-the gigantic Polynesian was zapped by an errant kick from Viscera and pinned. This led to a heated confrontation after the bell, culminating with the two behemoths brawling all the wqay up the aisles towards the dressing rooms.
5. Three-Way European Title Match: The British Bulldog (Champion) vs. Val Venis vs. D'Lo Brown. Because the winner of this three-way melee would emerge as the new European titlist, nothing was spared by the gladiators. D'Lo nearly stole the match by diving over the ropes and coliding with both opponents on the arena floor. For a moment, D'Lo and the Bulldog joined forces to punosh Venis, but the sense of teamwork quickly evaporated. Later Brown and Venis ganged up on the Englishman, simultaneously lifting him up for a vertcal suplex. Moments later, D'Lo debilitated Val with a sunset flip from the top rope. D'Lo kept surging, flooring the Bulldog with a spinebuster, followed by a spectacular frog splash. But as Brown was covering his rival, Val ascended the the strands and executed his Money Shot, tying up D'Lo to win the title.
6. Steel Cage Match: Kane vs. X-Pac. Kane would only meet X-Pac if he was trapped in a cage with. X-Pac agreed-providing Kane could only win by pinfal, while he would be able to scamper over the bars or through the cage's door. In the ring, X-Pac leveled Kane with a spinning heel kick and legdrop. Kane replied with a tilt-a-whril backbreaker. New Age Outlaws joined in on the fight by cutting the pad lock on the door to the cage door and slamming it on Kane's head. They also slid a pair of handcuffs and a steel chair inside. After delivering the X-Factor, X-Pac cuffed Kane to the second rope, and repeatedly bashed him with the chair. The assault prompted Tori to rush to Kane's aid, but she recieved an X-Factor for her troubles. In anger, Kane snapped the handcuffs, slid out the door of the cage and intercepted X-Pac as he was climbing over the pen. Hurling his rival back in the ring, Kane mounted the bars of the cage; at the top, the Big Red Machine turned around and flattened X-Pac with an awesome flying lariat, securing a victory after a Tombstone piledriver, then embracing Tori.
7. World Wrestling Federation Intercontinental Title Match: Chyna (Champion) with Miss Kitty vs. Chris Jericho. With her hand still bandaged from a recent attack by Y2J, Chyna entered the ring with the momentumon her side, accompanied by her valet, Miss Kitty, who's won the woman's title earlier that evening. From the apron, Chyna executed a clothesline onto Jericho on the arena floor. However, she was soon snatched by her rival at ringside, and suplexed onto the announcer's table. When Jerichi lifted a chair to inflict more punishment, Chyna dropkicked the object into her opponent's face. Jericho got back into the match by slinging his opponent into the ring steps, the thrn tying her in the ropes and dropkicking her injured thumb. But when he tried a springboard moonsault from the secong rope, Chyna bent her leags, driving them into Jericho's chest, and delivered a neckbreaker. Jericho tried a hurricanrana, but Chyna turned the move into a powerbomb, then monkey flipped Jericho into the turnbackle. Not wanting to be bested by a woman, Y2J clamped on his deadly Walls of Jericho. Chyna squirmed, reaching for the ropes. Jericho only applied more pressure, dragging her to the middle of the ring, and holding tight until his hearty foe finally tapped out, relinquishing the Intercontinental belt.
8.World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championship Match: The New Age Outlaws (Champions) vs. The Rock and Sock Connection. The Rock and Mankind appeared to be a well-oiled duo in the early stages of the match. But the Outlaws quickly got their revenge when Mr. Ass dropped The Rock's chin on the gaurd rail. Mankind tagged in for the rescue, disorienting his opponents his opponents so much that inadvertantly Mr. Ass splashed Road Dogg in the corner. The referee was knocked down, and didn't see Mankind deliver the Doulbe Arm DDT then slip on Mr. Socko and nearly pick up the win. Nor did he see Al Snow stampede to the ring and knock out Mick. The Rock got possession of Head and took Al Snow to school, while Mr. Ass used the bell to hit Mankind again. He then piledrove the best selling author. The Rock returned to repay Mr. Ass with a Rock Bottom, but Snow returned interfering in the match again although this time was spotted by the referee. The match was rules a disqualification-which meant the Outlaws retained their titles. In anger, The Rock , then, savaged Snow with both a Rock Bottom and a People's Elbow.
9. World Wrestling Federation Championship Match: Big Show (Champion) vs. Big Boss Man. Never had a challenger caused so much emotional turmoil to a champion before their match. In the months leading up to the contest, the Boss Man had tormented the giant a every turn. As a result, Big Show roared into the ring, pounding on the Boss Man, and chokeslamming his cohert, Prince Albert, through the announcer's table. But the number-one contender appeared to knock out the champion by conking him on the head with the steel steps. Refusing to be humiliated by his hated enemy, the Big Show came to his senses when he was on the brink of defeat, finally gaining his revenge by vanquishing the former prison gaurd by chokeslamming him in the middle of the ring.
10. No Holds Barred Match: Vince McMahon vs. Triple H. If Vince McMahon won, Triple H would have to annul his marriage to Stephanie. If HHH won, not only would he stay married to Steph but would get a WWF title shot. With Stephanie watching from the front row, HHH entered the ring wielding a sledgehammer; McMahon left the dressing room with a handful of whit powder, which he propmtly threw in Triple H's eyes. McMahon cracked HHH across the head with a garbage can and lid, and choked him with a crutch. Triple H caught Vince with a road sighn and a chain. As Vince tried to to regain his composure, his adversary ran him over with a shopping cart. Pulling Vince into the dressing, HHH elbow dropped his opponent on top of a truck, then seemed to vanish.McMahon wandered around the parking lot looking for his enemy. Suddenly, Triple H sped at McMahon in a car, barely missing him, then bodyslammed him onto the top of a limousine. As McMahon was being dragged back into the arena, he grabbed a steel pipe, whacked HHH with it, then chased him up a light tower. At the top, HHH slammed his foes head on the steel causing Vince to crash to the floor. Triple H dragged a bleeding McMahon into the ring, and paraded him in front of Stephanie. Then HHH prepared to bash him with the sledgehammer. Vince managed to deliver a low blow ang recover the weapon. But before he could deliver a blow, Stephanie ran in and asked for it. When she recieved it she apparently didn't have the heart to hit HHH with it. As a result, HHH took the sledgehammer, bashed McMahon, placed a foot on him and watched the referee regeister a three-count. Steph bent over he unconscious father. Then-to the shock and dismay of the crowd-Vince's little girl burst into a smile, and embracing her father's enemy and leaving the arena hand-in-hand with Triple H, her husband.
